Following are just a few areas where we will be
focusing our attention.

|
Fish Care at Fishing Competitions / Catch and
Release |

Weigh stations are sometimes
overloaded
with anglers waiting in queues |

Instances like these call for
immediate action against the organisers |

Anglers need to be given the option to
release their catch or be educated |
Pollution
As one of our major challenges, the SA Carp
Society will continuously address pollution related
issues.

Carp Grave Yard |
Illegal netting / poaching
Not only will we actively take part and report
on poaching incidents, we will also try to establish
a working reporting platform to more effectively
address these issues.
